Tia was in for her 6 week check up after TPLO surgery to treat cruciate ligament degeneration.
She was detected with only a partial tear of the ligament, that hadn’t yet progressed to full failure, and these cases are typically associated with the best outcomes – hopefully the remainder of the ligament will be preserved now that the TPLO has rebalanced the load acting through her knee.
