Images show a 7 year old Collie with a central tarsal bone fracture, repaired with a single 2.7mm cortical positional screw.

Central tarsal bone was replaced and clamped in compression, placement of the screw as positional increases the security and bone purchase.

He is shown at bandage change the following morning, prior to replacement of a bandage which will be changed weekly over the next month.
