Bilateral Double Pelvic Osteotomy to treat hip dysplasia in a 6 month old spaniel.
Left hip had no acetabular coverage, right hip some. 2.7mm stepped (25degree) locking/compression plates from Vet Instrumentation used.
Double Pelvic Osteotomy, if feasible, has advantages of significantly greater stability over Triple Pelvic Osteotomy.
