A collie with a cruciate rupture from Tavistock and this little one who came from Penzance, seen here having a cuddle with nurse Molly before fixation of her tibial crest avulsion.
Gracie has a diaphyseal fracture of the humerus
Gracie is a 5 year old Sheltie who was referred with a comminuted oblique mid to distal third diaphyseal fracture of the left humerus.
It was stabilised with a lateral 2.7mm locking plate (vet instrumentation) giving a very rigid stability.
This morning she is up and toddling home on the leg.

And they are also patient with the upset owners too!
