Referral cases today included two knee problems from the breadth of our Cornwall and South Devon catchment area.
A collie with a cruciate rupture from Tavistock and this little one who came from Penzance, seen here having a cuddle with nurse Molly before fixation of her tibial crest avulsion.
Gracie has a diaphyseal fracture of the humerus
Gracie is a 5 year old Sheltie who was referred with a comminuted oblique mid to distal third diaphyseal fracture of the left humerus.
It was stabilised with a lateral 2.7mm locking plate (vet instrumentation) giving a very rigid stability.
This morning she is up and toddling home on the leg.
Pebbles had a short stay in with us post spinal surgery and at discharge her lovely lovely owner….
Rest assured, your pet becomes part of the family here at A30Referrals
Another update, another Daisy! This time, a 5month old Chihuahua who had sustained a radius & ulna fracture
Amazing! They have saved our Great Dane “Tallula” 3 times from different illnesses and she is only 5!
And they are also patient with the upset owners too!
